Walgreens – Before and After

This gas station car dealership property sat empty for five plus years. It was an eyesore, and now, redeveloped, it has made the location much more attractive. Of concern during public hearings, I’ve  not seen major traffic changes.

Then again, I’m not a resident on this street. Only a resident can speak on how the traffic at this location has changed. I am curious to know what residents on this block think about the re-development.

Over all, I’m excited to see this property developed, and think it’s great that we have another business that contributes to our tax base!
